Hotel Recommendations & Booking

When your dates and destination are set, I’ll narrow things down for you with three handpicked hotel options and then take care of the booking from start to finish. You’ll enjoy perks like daily breakfast, priority for room upgrades when available, and VIP-style recognition thanks to my hotel relationships. Because I focus on luxury and boutique properties, most stays start around $500–$600 per night to match the elevated experience my clients are looking for. There is no additional fee for this service—it’s completely complimentary for you.

Essentials Planning

This service covers destination research, detailed trip planning, and the booking and coordination of your hotels, activities, and on-the-ground transportation, including trains, ferries, and rental cars. You’ll also get an interactive, real-time itinerary that keeps every confirmation and trip detail organized in one easy-to-access place.

Full-Service Planning

This tier includes everything in the Essentials package, plus white-glove support for arranging restaurant reservations, spa appointments, golf tee times, and more. Your only job is to pack your bags and enjoy, while every last detail is taken care of for you.

01 ~ HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?
Every trip is custom-built around you, so there isn’t a one-size-fits-all price. After a complimentary discovery call, you’ll receive a clear quote tailored to your trip style, complexity, and Wishlist.

02 ~ DO YOU CHARGE FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS?
Hotel-only bookings are complimentary. The hotel pays a commission on your stay, which means you get my support and perks without any extra cost, while planning fees apply to non-commissionable services.

03 ~ WILL I PAY MORE BOOKING THROUGH YOU THAN ON MY OWN?
In most cases, you’ll pay the same flexible rate you see when booking directly, but with added extras like daily breakfast, upgrade priority, and welcome amenities at many 4- and 5-star properties. If there’s ever a small price difference, the additional value from these benefits usually more than makes up for it.

04 ~ WHAT IF I’VE ALREADY BOOKED MY HOTEL?
That’s totally fine. Reach out with your existing reservation details and, when possible, the booking can be transferred so I’m listed as the advisor on file, this often unlocks extra perks at no additional cost to you.

05 ~ CAN YOU MONITOR MY BOOKINGS FOR PRICE DROPS?
Yes. Refundable reservations made through my portal can be added to a price-watch tool, which flags meaningful drops in your nightly rate so we can look at rebooking or upgrading your room category using the savings.
